About Us

Dedicated to providing the premium standard of disability care.

Caregiving team
Our Story

Driven by Compassion

Premium Care Support Services was established with a singular vision: to elevate the standard of disability support in Australia. We noticed a gap between generic care and truly person-centred, premium support, and decided to fill it.

Our organisation is built on the belief that every individual deserves to be treated with absolute dignity and respect. We don't just assign support workers; we match personalities, ensuring that the care you receive feels natural, encouraging, and highly professional.

Our Principles

The Values That Guide Us

Empathy First

We approach every situation with genuine understanding, ensuring our participants feel heard and valued.

Empowerment

Our focus is always on building capacity and independence, rather than creating reliance.

Excellence

We maintain the highest clinical and professional standards across all our services and staff training.

Inclusivity

We celebrate diversity and create culturally safe spaces for participants of all backgrounds.

Understanding the NDIS

Your guide to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

The Scheme

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the Australian Government's way of providing support to Australians with disability, their families, and carers. It is designed to provide funding directly to individuals, giving you choice and control over the services you receive.

Premium Care Support Services operates strictly under NDIS quality and safeguard frameworks, ensuring you receive compliant, high-tier care.

NDIS Consultation
Funding

Funding Categories

NDIS funding is generally split into three main purpose categories. We can assist you across all three.

Core Supports

Assistance with everyday activities, your current disability-related needs, and working towards your goals (e.g., Daily Living, Transport, Consumables).

Capacity Building

Support to build your independence and skills to help you reach your long-term goals (e.g., Support Coordination, Improved Living Arrangements, Health & Wellbeing).

Capital Supports

Funding for higher-cost pieces of assistive technology, equipment, and home or vehicle modifications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to help you navigate your support journey.

Who is eligible for the NDIS?
To be eligible, you generally need to be under 65 years old at the time of application, an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and have a permanent disability that significantly affects your daily life. Early intervention requirements also exist for children.
How do I manage my NDIS funds?
You have three choices: Self-managed (you handle the invoices and claims), Plan-managed (a registered plan manager handles the financials for you), or NDIA-managed (providers claim directly from the NDIS portal).
What doesn't the NDIS cover?
NDIS funding doesn’t cover general everyday living expenses that people without disability would be required to pay, such as rent, groceries, mobile phone bills, or movie tickets.
